and Building Contractors are registered in France under the
Auto-Entrepreneur Scheme. We know setting up in business in a different
country is hard, not only with the language barrier, the
different ways of working and materials used, but also because
people who are having the work done are quite often not in the
country overseeing the work, they are paying out money and relying on
trust and not seeing the work progress as would normally happen.
We are aware of the effort that needs to be put in to gain trust
and to build up a regular client base, one that recommends
M.D.A. as they did in the UK (over 90% of our work was based on
recommendations and word of mouth) To help this progress we are
basing all work prices to a minimal rate to bring the work in,
without cutting any corners, as we are
confident that once people see the standard of work we produce
it wont be long before the recommendations follow. M.D.A. built up the trust of people we have worked for in the UK for over 20 years, and are using that experience to work in France. If you are in the group of people who have bought property over here but not yet moved over and are thinking of having work done on property so you can move over permanently when completed, or use property as a holiday home, or even to get extra income renting it out. We offer an email/communication service with weekly updating, this will include pictures of work done during that week, progress of the job and the progress of work the following week, so it will feel like you are on the job (but without the mess)
